‘Glas Expert’ is the international name under which our group of companies sells its products. The single S is not a mistake, it pays homage to and is in direct association with German precision and quality, the thoroughness of procedures and the adherence to the same high standards for all companies in the Glas Expert group. Glas Expert is a registered trademark of Glass E0po-xpert GmbH – Germany and is registered with EUIPO – the European Union Intellectual Property Office under the number: 014867791.

Glas Expert, a group effort

Glas Expert is the trade name of products made by a group of companies, which include but is not limited to Glass Expert srl – Romania, Glas Expert Contractor srl – Romania, Glass Expert Contractor srl – Romania and Glass Expert GmbH – Germany. The group was assembled in order to better manage resources for our customers.

Work Schedule

Depending on individual departments, the opening hours for customers at Popeşti – Leordeni, Şos. Oltenitei 202, Ilfov, Romania ( vezi Maps ) is:

• Supply, Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00
• Sales Consultants / Bidding / Showroom: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00
• Order collection, Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:30
• Assembly, Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00 – Operations outside the above work schedule will incur additionally charges

Payment methods

Upon receipt of the offer and cost analysis, all details and conditions are considered to be fully accepted only after the offer has been signed and resubmitted to the sales consultant from which it was received. Please send the billing data to the sales consultant from whom you received the offer.

You will receive the invoice which will contain all necessary information for payment / bank transfers (full company name, invoice number – to be mentioned on the payment order, IBAN and bank). After processing the payment, please send a copy of the payment order to shorten the order waiting / processing time. Your order will begin processing when our bank confirms your payment.

Glass Expert SRL is registered in the ‘Personal Data Processing Register’ under no. 36158 / 02.09.2015.

Glas Expert guarantees the privacy of its website users. Glas Expert offers website users the ability to send comments, questions, and suggestions.

Any information that is collected through the forms on the site will be used taking the user’s right to privacy into account.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001, the persons registered as guests on the website have the following rights:
